I love that I know when my messages are read by the recipient, it pulls in detailed contact profiles from them (with social profiles, etc.), I can snooze emails to be read later, I can schedule emails in advance, there is a surprising & refreshing amount of fonts & formatting options (and emojis!) I can use in my emails, I can easily unsubscribe from email, that I can organize all of my inboxes simply (and beautifully- did I mention the design is amazing?!!!), and my favorite pro feature of all.

The value of the free version is insane, but I loved it so much that upgrading to the amazing Pro features was a no-brainer.

Polymail is the most beautiful, efficient, user-friendly and simple-yet-robust email software I have ever used. For paid plans you can see each time your email has been read and for how long, you can schedule emails in advanced, template responses and many other productive features. You have a lot of text and link formatting options that make your life easier. An amazing feature to mention is the email tracking that gives you notifications when the emails you’ve sent are read by the recipient. The app has a simple and intuitive user interface and the user experience is very well done. This makes adding a new device really easy as you don’t have to setup up all of your email accounts, signatures, aliases, etc every time. A great feature is that you have a main account that you log in into your Polymail and you have access to all of your email accounts and settings without doing anything. I use it on a desktop machine, a laptop, a tablet and a mobile smartphone. It has a very useful and featured packed free plan that can help you out if you are a startup or a small business just starting out. As we mentioned a few times before the transition, to focus on our paid services, it’s a race to bottom to provide free email services when folks who don’t need a “pro” experience and aren’t willing to pay to save time and make managing email relationships easier and effective when they can just use Gmail. I really hope they fix some of these bugs and come up with a better pricing structure as i really would love to continue to use Polymail. This is extremely frustrating to me because it seems like they are just trying to get money out of its existing user base without actually adding value. I have had the same issue with the badge app icon and my inbox displaying different unread messages numbers for years now and other small bugs like inboxes not loading that have just never been fixed. I would not mind paying a yearly fee or a one time payment to use Polymail as I really do love the app, however charging $5 a month when adding zero new features is insane, especially considering the amount of bugs that are present in Polymail. I understand getting rid of the free tier option, however charging $5 a month is excessive. I’ve used Polymail for close to the last five years and today I am switching my email client.
